PixTrim ("we", "us") provides web-based image editing, resizing and optimization tools at pixtrim.app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
You can sign in with email, Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address and be legally capable of entering into this agreement.
Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Credits are consumed per operation as described on the pricing page, do not expire unless stated otherwise, and are non-transferable. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You keep all rights to the images you upload. You grant us only the technical permissions needed to process them (resize, compress, convert) and deliver the results back to you. You may not upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use.
No abuse of the service: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, probe its security, scrape it at scale, or resell it without a partner agreement.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site.
